Essentially, the Bail Bond process works as follows:

• Our Clients loved one is arrested and is placed in Jail.
• They contact CITY Bail Bonds at our 24 Hour TOLL FREE number at (888)CITYBAIL (248-9224).
   
• Our Agents will ask them for specific information about the person arrested, including the following:
• What is the person's full legal name?
• What is the person's date of birth?
• Which jail is he or she in and is it a city, county or federal jail?
• What is the booking number?
• What is the charge?
• How much is the bail amount?
• Our Agents will also require some basic information about the personal history of the inmate, including where they work, previous arrests, and residency information.
• Our Agents will contact the Jail facility or Courts and determine exact Bail and Arrest information
• Our Agents will arrange a meeting time, so they can complete all the necessary paperwork
• Our clients provide CITY Bail Bonds with the Bail Premium (10% STATE LAW), and CITY Bail Bonds will cover the entire Bail amount. (CITY Bail Bonds accepts cash, credit cards, and checks.)
• Our Agents will summit the Bail Bonds to the Jails or Courts for the release of the inmate.

• Please remain calm and be patient. Many jail facilities (especially those in major metropolitan areas) are very slow in processing and often have their telephone lines overloaded with calls. CITY Bail Bonds will free the inmate as quickly as possible.

Bail Bond Agencies enable you to have an inmate freed from jail without requiring someone to personally post the entire Cash Bail amount. A Bail Bonds Agency will typically collect a specific percentage of the total bail amount (as prescribed by law) from you and guarantees the Law Enforcement Agency and Courts that the defendant will appear in Court.
